Refund Policy
We keep it simple: no returns, no drama.
But if we mess up, we'll fix it.
1. All Sales Are Final
We're a small, growing brand (translation: we're not Amazon).
- Standard Policy: All sales are final - no returns or exchanges for size or buyer's remorse. Please double-check our size chart before ordering.
- EU Residents Only: If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt - no questions asked. Just email us with your order number. (Items must be unworn/unwashed. You pay return shipping).
2. Wrong Item Received
If we ship you a design you didn't order (our bad, not yours):
- We'll replace it at no cost.
- Email us within 2 days with a clear photo and your order number.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pack with love, but if your tee arrives looking like it lost a bar fight:
- Email us within 2 days of delivery with photos + order number.
- We'll replace it or refund if no replacement is possible.
4. Missing Items
If something's missing, don't panic - just email us:
- If the item is in stock, we'll ship it right out (free).
- If it's sold out, we'll refund it.
5. Orders Marked "Delivered"
Once the carrier marks it delivered, it's officially out of our funky hands.
- Please check neighbors, family, your porch, or your local post office.
- We can't replace lost or stolen packages - but we'll help you investigate.
6. Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to cancel or update your address? Move fast!
- If the order hasn't been processed yet, we'll try to fix it.
- Once it's packed or shipped, it's too late (the Funky train has left the station).
7. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: 1-3 business days.
- Delivery (US): 3-6 business days.
- Delivery (EU): 3-6 business days.
- Preorders: 14-18 business days to make your goods, + 3-6 days for shipping.
