Shipping Policy

When your delivery goes rogue, we’ve got your back.

This Shipping Policy describes how orders from Funky Punkies (operated by GO BIG BUT GO LLC, USA) are processed, shipped, and tracked.

1. Where We Ship

  • Currently, we ship within the United States & Europe.

  • We’re working on expanding to more regions

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product page).

  • Preorders may take longer (see section 5).

  • We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard domestic delivery takes 5–9 business days from the ship date.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

  • Don’t see it? Check your spam or junk folder and whitelist us so you don’t miss updates.

5. Preorders

  • Items marked PREORDER will ship in about 14–18 business days.

  • Once shipped, delivery follows the standard timeframe (5–9 business days).

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it’s officially out of our hands.

  • If your order hasn’t shown up, check with neighbors, household members, or your local postal carrier.

  • We can’t refund or replace lost/stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help troubleshoot.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 2 days of delivery at contact@funkypunkies.com with photos and your order number.

  • We’ll review and either replace the item or issue a refund if eligible.
